After successfully participating in the course students gain a fundamental, broad knowledge of MATLAB / Simulink and can apply the most important toolboxes. Furthermore, students are able to develop control systems and simulation models to solve engineering-scientific problems.

Teaching Methods / Materials
  • Introductory theoretical and methodical content will be provided in form of lecture slides, content discussed in the course MATLAB / Simulink for Computer Aided Engineering is expected to be known.
Course Details
  • Based on weekly provided exercises, students are developing solutions for tasks, which will be uploaded in the moodle course. Tutors will correct the uploads, which are mandatory for participation in the final examination.
  • In weekly online Q&A-sessions students can discuss and clarify open questions with the tutor and open up further topics. In addition moodle forums are opened for each chapter where students can discuss solution strategies among each other.
Exam Written exam at the end of the semester
